Adult-managed accounts. No public child profiles.
Optional AI parent support
When you request a suggestion in Grown-up Coach, your description, chosen age band, sport and moment are sent through Lovable AI Gateway to its model provider. No family history, child nickname or adult email is automatically included. Prompts and suggestions are not saved in your family document or browser recovery cache; service request logs may retain request content under the workspace’s AI policies. Leave out identifying and medical details. AI ideas may be wrong and are not expert or medical advice.
What is stored
Adult email and provider-managed credentials; child nicknames and ages 3–12; selected sports, themes and play preferences; practice timers/history; optional notes, moods and habit answers. Do not enter birthdays, medical details or full child names.
Where it is stored
Account data is stored by Lovable Cloud, with owner-scoped database access. Browser recovery caches are partitioned by account. Signing out clears in-memory family state; clearing a device cache is not deletion of cloud history.
Read-only Helpers
A Helper gets a read-only view of only what you chose to share (practices and/or sidelines). Helpers can't change anything and never see private notes, moods, wins, coach reflections or chats. You can remove a Helper at any time. Sharing is always your choice and nothing is shared by default. Removing someone ends their access right away. Never add children's emails, photos, birthdays or full names.
Legacy consent
Existing local histories are not silently uploaded. After sign-in, an explicit import preview explains which account receives them. Claimed sources are not offered to another account on that browser. Backups contain personal family notes; keep them private.
Export and delete
Export JSON/CSV from Settings. Child deletion removes that child’s records. Account deletion requires password confirmation and removes the current account and family document, and ends any co-parent or Helper access to or from it. If cloud saving is interrupted, keep a recovery export.
No extra promises
No analytics, ads, payments, public child photos, diagnoses or notifications are implemented. This is not a claim of legal compliance certification, clinical validation or universal offline access.
