Account and family
Create an adult account, confirm your email if requested, sign in and open Family to add a nickname. You can browse activity and coaching libraries before adding a child.
Practice
Choose child and sport, select 5/10/15 minutes, and preview a session. Pause survives reload; a running timer uses its deadline. At expiry it waits rather than advancing. Finish happy whenever needed.
Saving and conflicts
Wait for Saved to your account. If saving fails, export a recovery backup and retry. A revision conflict means another device changed the cloud copy: export first, then explicitly load that copy and merge your backup.
Co-parents and Helpers
Co-parents (Co-parents page) can see and change your whole family. Helpers (Helpers page) can only view what you choose. Sharing is always your choice and nothing is shared by default. Removing someone ends their access right away. Never add children's emails, photos, birthdays or full names. Ask Rookie answers about the family you have open; connected AI tools outside the app read only your own family.
Older local histories
After sign-in, Family offers eligible unclaimed Little Wins/Rookie backups for explicit import. Nothing is uploaded from public pages. Preserve the original until cloud confirmation.
Install on iPhone
Open the live URL in Safari → Share (or More/Page menu then Share) → Add to Home Screen → Open as Web App on → Add. Export before switching installed/browser mode; storage behavior varies.
